The advantage of this accessory is that it can be adapted on various caps as owned by the wearer. It is also a particularly good promotion product due to its highly visible placement position and design which can utilise attractive bold branding.

Other Information: This product associated with this design patent was recently manufactured in China, and has started being promoted in the UK under the ‘iiClip’ branding (www.iiclip.co.uk). Design registrations of this design patent have also been granted in the European Union covering all the major European countries, and also currently pending in the USA. The iiClip, together with the iiCap (as described in my other patent) represent part of a family of cap and cap related accessories products which are protected under this design patent as well as the corresponding iiCap invention patent. The inventor wishes to market this inventions vigorously in China and worldwide in 2012, and is now actively looking for investment to develop and market the iiCap and iiClip products and brand, or alternatively to license the invention to major headwear manufacturers or sport retailers.
